Who We Are

What Loka Does

• Loka helps you collect points and redeem café or F&B spaces offers using QR codes.
• We do not process any payments. Purchases happen directly with participating cafés.
• Offers shown in the app are created by cafés, not by us.

Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Loka. If you’re under 18, please use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent.
• You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don’t misuse the app (e.g., hacking, fraud, or attempting to game the points system).

• Because Loka is in beta, the app and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We make no promises that everything will be error-free, available at all times, or 100% accurate.
