1. Information We Collect

When you use Loka, we collect the following information:

• Basic Details: Name, email, phone number (optional), date of birth, and gender you identify with.
• App Activity: When and where you redeem offers, which offers you use, and your points balance.
• Device & Technical Data: Things like device type, operating system, and how you interact with the app (to improve performance).

We do not process payments. All offers are redeemed in-person through QR codes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Track your points and rewards across participating cafés.
• Personalize offers and improve your experience.
• Provide cafés with insights (in aggregate and anonymized wherever possible).
• Send you communications about new cafés, offers, or app updates (you can opt out anytime — see Section 6).
• Keep the app running smoothly and securely.
